Though she was the second wife of Jamal al-Yindannim, Qumasha outwardly praised Jamal's first wife, Najeeya bint Siddiq. However, Qumasha secretly drugged Najeeya with dreambliss to foster her addiction to the drug and keep her out of the picture.
