Moqtafi was tasked by the necromancer Sumulael with constructing his morbid Bone Pavilion in the King's Garden of the Jade Palace of the Necromancers. Though his mind and memory were corrupted over the centuries, Moqtafi had intimate knowledge about the construction of the Jade Palace.
