As of 811 PD, Jeffrey was a half-elf in his early twenties. He keeps his dark hair pulled back in a very tight ponytail.

Background

Jeffrey was a servant to Riskel Daxio, a former member of the Council of Tal'Dorei.

Emonian guards interrogated Jeffrey about the whereabouts of his boss Riskel. He insisted that all he knew was that Riskel packed up most of his belongings and just left three and a half days ago, saying he would be back within a month. As Scanlan and Grog took over the interrogation, the latter intimidated Jeffrey with Craven Edge, pressing to learn if he knew anything else. He repeated that information but said he suspected Riskel might be in the Cemetery District in a tavern that was far beneath him called the Diamond Nest Tavern. He did this every six months or so, a few times within the past month. After the interrogation, Scanlan made him promise that he would shop at Gilmore's Glorious Goods.
