Biography
By the year 812 PD, Rawndel is one of the oldest elves in Syngorn. He resides in a permanent Magnificent Mansion in the Tarn Ward. As Guildrunner, Rawndel is in charge of Syngorn's commerce, business, and treasury, as well as the three guilds — the Spellbenders' Guild, the Elvencraft Alliance, and the Mithral Fellowship — most shops on his ward's Tarn Thoroughfare are affiliated with.
Syngorn
Within Syngorn, Rawndel is respected by elven merchants and nobles. Most elves are not bothered by his monopoly over the guilds and shops of the Tarn Ward, with the exception of High Warden Tyrelda, who is worried of the long-term consequences of Rawndel's actions, which she considers "sly" and "power-hungry".
