Vesper and Julius de Rolo were the two oldest siblings of Percival de Rolo. They handled matters of court in Whitestone and were being trained to inherit from their parents while Percival was left free to pursue his studies.

Vesper and Julius de Rolo were the two oldest siblings of Percival de Rolo. They handled matters of court in Whitestone and were being trained to inherit from their parents while Percival was left free to pursue his studies. When the Briarwoods staged their usurpation of power in Whitestone, she was flung from a tower wall and killed.
She remained an important memory for Percy. She was one of the names recited by him when he confronted Desmond Otham, the Briarwoods' carriage driver, after their initial escape from Sovereign Uriel's feast. She was also the only family member whose tome Percy tried to find in the Endless Athenaeum. He named his first-born child after her.
