Brotho Stonecrow was a hobbit of Bywater. He was a regular at The Green Dragon Inn. He was a friend of the Sackville-Baggins as well as a shirriff. In TA 3018 he met two Black Riders on the road to Hobbiton. He was killed by a single slash to the stomach.
