Vince has a very dark complexion with thick, crimped, dark hair. His mustache is well-trimmed and -kept. He wears exquisite black and gold robes, and his hands and forearms are completely adorned in fine jewelry.

He is shrewd and showy; he claims to be "made of ostentation".

Vince's primary focus is to ensure that the clientele of the Velvet Cabaret are wealthy and powerful.
