Description

Wind gibbons look like apes covered in white fur, with a big throat pouch that swells and expands whenever they call or use their air blasts.

Wind gibbons are vain and greedy creatures, usually adorning themselves with treasures they have collected. According to Timpani Guff they always steal, and they aren't very nice in general.

History

Around 839 PD a strange yellow cloud blocked the sun over Seedfeld, ruining the crops and causing many of the villagers to move out. Shortly after a pack of wind gibbons became more present in the area, making traveling in and out of the gnomish town difficult, and claiming many treasures for themselves.

When the Re-Slayer's Take arrived to Seedfeld they saw one lonely gibbon and Heera Agneheart, who loved animals, made it come to them unintentionally using Command. However, when the spell ended the creature got nervous and used its air blast to move away. The wind gibbon pack appeared, led by their leader, the biggest member. Although they were very intimidating, Timpani Guff addressed them and managed to convince the "king" of the gibbons to let them walk away. The leader stayed and demanded a bribe in exchange, so Frog gave some gold coins away, after which the creature left. Later that same day, when most of the adventurers left to explore Ügelberg, the wind gibbons came to Seedfeld again, and Poogs had to fend them off by himself while taking care of the Mega Magic Paladins. The goblin was thrown around like a ball several times, but by the time his friends returned to Seedfeld he had gained the gibbons' respect, and the pack had become friendlier, even playing with their precious jewels by throwing them. They stayed in town for a while longer, even joining their celebrations.
