Biography
At some point during her life Levtonia became the leader of the Ivory Syndicate, a criminal organization involved in the ivory trade. She and her forces became a problem in Jrusar, and since the city's government was so ineffective fighting them it was rumored that maybe there was a secret alliance between them.
Despite this, at some point in or before 843 PD Levtonia was arrested and locked up in a prison, with magical enchantments keeping her from escaping. However, during the apogee solstice the arcane elements of the prison were affected, and several prisoners used the chance to run away, Levtonia included.
