Manaro was a Valusian soldier who was killed by the same unknown abductor that kidnapped the Pictish warrior Grogar. When Manaro's body was found in the same room where Grogar disappeared, he had no physical wounds, but the expression on his face was such that he appeared to have died from pure horror.
