Chalice of continual water
Powers When a chalice of continual water is tipped on its side, it releases a stream of pure, cool water to drink. As long as the chalice is not placed upright and flat on its base, it will produce a mouthful (0.5 fluid ounces or 20 milliliters) of water every second.

History
At the center of the Tears of Selûne lies a majestic castle with 100 foot (30 meter) tall spires. At the entrance to the castle lies an overturned chalice of continual water which produces a constant stream of water that pours across the grounds, spilling over onto the gravity plain of the castle and eventually into open space.
