Overview

Mingabwe is the largest moon in orbit around Glyth and serves as a trading post where all are welcome. Mingabwe’s atmosphere is bitterly cold, and although it never snows, permafrost covers the entire moons' surface in a layer of ice. The only places to find any warmth on Mingabwe are the various buildings that dot its surface. There are a number of edible plants on the surface of the moon which grow despite the adverse conditions and some potable water is also available, though liquid water is becoming scarce.

Inhabitants

Mingabwe is lightly populated, and although there are a number of buildings dotted across its frozen surface, most are trading posts and inns. There is no formal government on Mingabwe, nor is there any law enforcement. The inhabitants tend to be friendly and trusting, even to those they have never met before. This is possibly due to the fact that there is no place to hide, should someone steal from them.

The inhabitants of Mingabwe are egalitarian, and are quite willing to give a person a second chance. Once a criminal has been caught and punished, the people are willing to accept them into their community again. However, should a perpetrator betray that trust, they are never seen again.

For many years, the paladin Justin "Do Good" Demonslayer lived on Mingabwe alone. Originally a pirate, he was captured and enslaved by the illithids of Glyth, but managed to survive an illithids' feeding stocks and escape the planet. After arriving on Mingabwe he has assisted many spacefarers to navigate through wildspace safely.

Trade

Mingabwe is a relatively safe spaceport with no docking fees and most spelljammers are welcome.

Satellite

Mingabwe has one moon, named Polluter.

Polluter

Polluter is a size A asteroid covered in craters from meteor strikes. It is a voidworld and is uninhabitable.
