- There are three other small ruins nearby, with switches on their walls. When all are activated, an earth elemental appears roughly in the middle between them. After killing it, a portal will appear on a nearby hill, transporting Geralt to the top of the destroyed bastion. After descending into the underground, Geralt is attacked by eight wraiths that cannot be killed (only by Piercing Cold). The only escape is by activating two crystals with Aard, which will trigger another portal. Nothing else is found here, except for a strange-looking symbol on one of the walls in the main underground room, which may refer to the vampires in Toussaint or the Cyberpunk 2077 game. However, the meaning has not yet been revealed by the developers.
