The Boar

The spacious guest room is entered through an old, beautifully ornated oak doors. Inside, one-third of the tables and benches are designed for dwarves, gnomes, and halflings and made half smaller than human ones.

Inside, one-third of the tables and benches are designed for dwarves, gnomes, and halflings and made half smaller than human ones. In the left corner of the inn lies podium for musicians and at its edge an armchair from which the owner overlooks the guests. Wide doors behind the counter lead to the kitchen, storeroom, and apartments of the owner and staff.

History

The Boar was established by Gunter Craggs' great-great-great-grandfather sometime during the 1010s.

In the past, when Novigrad was being expanded, the original tavern was demolished, and a new one was erected. It was once again put in front of a gate, in accordance with the special privilege granted to the Craggs family some years before and confirmed by subsequent authorities of Novigrad thanks to hefty bribes.
