History
In early August 1267, various mercenaries stormed the village, supported by Verdenian volunteers and the Scoia'tael, burning it to the ground. Many refugees fled, only to be captured by Nilfgaardians forces on the road, who put most of the men to the sword and scattered the rest. In the following few days, the surviving women and children joined Zoltan Chivay's company and they all headed east for refuge behind the frontline.
