The Trade Way spanned from Calimport in the south and along the coast line, known as the Sword Coast , all the way through the Lands of Intrigue and perpendicular to the Starspire Peninsula , until ending in the north at Waterdeep . The section of road between Baldur's Gate and Amn was also known as the Coast Way on some maps, although some maps used this name all the way up to Waterdeep. The section of road that crossed through Amn's northern border, between the cities of Crimmor and Nashkel , was called the Bitter Road . And the thoroughfare between Crimmor and Purskul was known as the Orc Road .
