It serves as the Executive Branch of the city, housing the personal staff of the Mayor, the Secretariat, and several high-level meeting chambers for the Directing Oligarchy. This is a large, multi-winged stone complex. It is a grand, three-story palace built from fine white limestone and grey granite. It features high, arched windows, several ornamental towers, and a wide, balustraded balcony overlooking the High Market. The entrance is a massive double gate of iron-bound oak, flanked by two stone pillars topped with the Greyhawk Orb.
