The Grey College Observatory is the primary Astronomical and Astrological Research Center for the University of the Flanaess. It serves as the headquarters for the School of Astronomy and is used by both scholars and wizards to track the movements of the moons Celene and Luna, as well as the wandering stars. This is a tall stone tower rising four stories topped with a large, rotating hemispherical dome made of reinforced copper.
