The River Quarter City Watch Station is a two-story stone fortresss. The station is a bastion constructed from heavy blocks of dark basalt. It features a flat, crenelated roof used as a lookout point over the Strip and the nearby docks. The main entrance is a heavy iron-bound oak door set into a recessed archway, flanked by two stone pillars topped with the seal of the Free City. This serves as the Operational Headquarters for the River Rats—the detachment of the City Watch responsible for patrolling the docks, the warehouses, and the often-dangerous taverns of the River Quarter. It contains a small armory and a series of temporary holding cells.
