The Wharves Watch Station is the Primary Law Enforcement Hub for the River Quarter. It serves as the barracks for the Wharf-Rats, a temporary holding cell for drunk sailors, and a coordination point for the Tax Collectors who board incoming merchant cogs. It offers a Public Notice Board where bounties for river pirates and missing cargo are posted. This is a three-story fortress-keep built of salt-hardened stone. There is a wooden structure on the roof equipped with a series of colored flags and a large brass bell used to coordinate with the City Watch and harbor patrols. The entrance is a heavy, iron-reinforced oak door that is always guarded by two armored sentries.
