The City Warehouse is a Government Bonded Warehouse and Emergency Granary. It serves as the primary intake point for the Directing Oligarchy's grain taxes and confiscated nautical goods. It offers long-term storage for Seized Cargo awaiting legal adjudication and houses the city's emergency wheat reserves for times of siege or famine. This is a three-story stone and iron-reinforced granary. The entrance is a pair of colossal, iron-plated sliding doors that require four men to open.
