The temple is the primary center of worship for the Order of the Cudgel in Greyhawk. It serves as a cathedral, a courthouse for ecclesiastical law, and a training ground for the city's zealots and inquisitors. The basement levels house the Hall of Discipline, where those seeking penance or clarity undergo rigorous mental and physical trials. This is a massive, circular fortress of solid, unadorned grey granite. Its architecture favors function over flair, standing as a literal and metaphorical bastion of Order. The most striking feature is a high, rounded tower capped with a burnished bronze dome that reflects the sun across the entire district. The heavy oak doors are bound in iron and carved with the Chapeau, the crumpled hat symbol of the Saint.
