This is a Small Shrine and Sanctuary dedicated to Ulaa, the goddess of hills, mountains, and gemstones. It serves the district's small community of displaced mountain-folk, stone-cutters, and miners who have ended up in the city. It provides a quiet place for prayer and Stone-Blessings for those heading into the Cairn Hills. The building sits slightly lower than the surrounding street level, as if partially burrowed into the earth.
