It offers a Chart Room with the most accurate river maps in the Flanaess, a private Captain's Lounge, and a certification board for maritime licenses. This is a two-story stone building that presents a much more professional and nautical-elite facade than the rougher Union Hall. The building has an observation balcony running the length of the second floor.
