The Pirthan Estate is the primary residence of the Pirthan Family, a minor but wealthy noble house with significant investments in the river-shipping and textile industries. It serves as both a family home and a private office for managing their various business interests along the Selintan. This is a refined, three-story stone and timber manor that stands as a rare example of private residential wealth within the predominantly commercial River Quarter. The estate is a broad, rectangular manor house set back slightly from the street behind a low stone wall topped with wrought-iron spikes. It features a prominent central balcony on the second floor. The entrance is a pair of heavy, carved mahogany doors flanked by two stone lion sculptures.
