The Millrose Brewery is a Large-Scale Commercial Brewery and Bottling Plant. It produces Millrose Pale Ale and Old City Stout, which are distributed to taverns throughout the Thieves' Quarter, the Slums, and the lower-end establishments of the River Quarter. It also serves as a grain warehouse for local maltsters. This is a massive, three-story stone and timber industrial complex. The chimneys on the roof constantly emit sweet-smelling grain steam. The entrance is a wide set of delivery bay doors made of iron-bound timber, usually surrounded by stacks of empty wooden barrels.
