It offers exotic accelerants, fire-resistant salves, and Cinder-Readings—a form of fortunetelling conducted by observing the patterns in magical ash. It is a two-story stone and blackened-timber building that appears to have survived several small fires, leaving its exterior charred and grim. A large iron bowl mounted above the entrance burns with a constant, low-blue flame, regardless of the wind or rain.
