Vesper's Pawnshop is a Low-End Pawnshop and Curiosity Exchange. It serves the district's most desperate residents—urchins from the City Orphanage, failed gamblers from the Chapel of Norebo, and street-thieves looking to offload minor trinkets. It offers copper-level loans, used clothing, and a bewildering collection of unidentified mechanical parts. This is a two-story timber and plaster building that looks significantly more fragile than it actually is. It has a single, small window on the ground floor protected by a rusted iron grate. The entrance is a low, heavy oak door that requires a sharp shoulder-shove to open.
