The Safehouse appears to be nothing more than a well-maintained, two-story stone townhouse. Its windows are often shuttered, and the heavy oak door bears no signage, lacking the ostentatious heraldry of the nearby Colleges. This is the primary urban 'waystation' and coordination hub for the Seekers (the Order of the Knights of the Eye). It provides a secure environment for field agents to decode ancient maps, translate obscure dialect scrolls, and temporarily store recovered relics before they are moved to more permanent, high-security archives outside the city. The cellar is famously reinforced with lead and silver to contain potentially cursed or magically active artifacts.
