This menagerie is the private collection and research facility of Lord Henway, a wealthy eccentric and one of the city's foremost naturalists. While it serves as a high-society marvel for the Directing Oligarchy, it is also a vital study center for the Guild of Apothecaries. It houses rare and dangerous creatures—from displaced Displacer Beasts to the legendary Golden Cockatrice—serving as a living library of monster biology. This is a high-walled sanctuary constructed from iron-reinforced limestone and thick, enchanted glass. The architecture is a marvel of contained nature, featuring a series of massive, climate-controlled solariums that mimic different environments from across the Flanaess. The most striking feature is the Aviary Spire, a soaring, mesh-covered tower where colorful tropical birds from the Amedio Jungle fly in perpetual summer.
