This residence is the private home of Glodreddi Bakkanin, a long-serving member of the Directing Oligarchy and the city's Inspector of Taxes. This a narrow, two-story stone building. It is built from dark grey basalt blocks. The design is strictly functional and devoid of any ornamentation, reflecting the owner's personality. It features small, high-set windows with heavy iron bars and a single, reinforced iron door with a complex series of Gnomish locks.
