Abilities and Strength
Guisin is very weak for an Aes Sedai, with a strength in the One Power of 35(23). We know of only a handful of Aes Sedai that are weaker. She is the same strength as Siuan Sanche after Siuan was Healed from stilling.
Activities
She is allied with the Salidar Aes Sedai.
The Salidar Six, led by Sheriam, send Guisin, Afara and Edesina Azzedin to Tarabon as emissaries of the Rebel Aes Sedai. All three were captured by the Seanchan and made damane.
Guisin and Edesina are eventually kenneled with other damane in the attic of the Tarasin Palace in Ebou Dar, including Teslyn Baradon and Sheraine Caminelle, now known as Mylen. Afara was left behind in Tanchico.
Guisin adapts to the life of a damane. When Mat Cauthon asks Teslyn about the other Aes Sedai among the damane, Teslyn tells him that both Mylen and Guisin would report any escape attempt. Mat later sees all four of the Aes Sedai damane being walked by sul'dam.
