History
She is the only woman not named as being part of the group that met in 47 AB to discuss the building of a new city to become the centre for all Aes Sedai.
In 98 AB Kiam was recorded as being one of seven women providing assistance and council to Elisane Tishar, the first Amyrlin Seat. This is strong evidence that she and her six colleagues represent the founding Aes Sedai who chartered the seven Ajah sisterhoods that would come to define Aes Sedai power and influence. She would have been an Ajah Head. Note that the Hall of the Tower did not yet exist, but would become established by 202 AB.
