This would imply that one of the three had informed on those that were punished, thereby creating strife among the Ajahs.

She is seen walking the corridors of the White Tower with Marris Thornhill, who had already been identified as Black Ajah by the Black Ajah Hunters, and newly-raised Elin Warrel.
