During her reign, the Aiel gave the Cairhienin a chora sapling in gratitude for the water their ancestors were given by those of the Cairhienin.
Though she tried to establish some measure of leadership, she was a weak Amyrlin. The Hall had been in control of the White Tower with her two predecessors and chose Alvera for that purpose. She died at a young age, she was 248. There is a possibility that she was actually murdered in an attempt to assert some authority.
