Strength By Leane Sharif's account, Manda did not consider her opinion worth much because of their relative strengths in the One Power. Leane's stength after Healing is only 36(24), however, so she need not be anything more than moderately weak for Leane to have to obey her.

Leane's stength after Healing is only 36(24), however, so she need not be anything more than moderately weak for Leane to have to obey her. Nonetheless, Manda seems to hold a position of command, but looks to Raechin Connoral for approval. This would place her as likely above average strength, but less than Raechin - at least 20(8).
Activities
She participates in the Last Battle, where she fights alongside Leane, Raechin Connoral and the Amyrlin Seat herself, Egwene al'Vere. She contemplated pulling back by gateway to rally, until Leane pointed out the furious Amyrlin Seat, calling her Manda's "rally point".
Her status after the Last Battle is unknown, but presumed alive.
