Jazz² Resurrection

Jazz² Resurrection is an open-source reimplementation of Jazz Jackrabbit 2 (1998). It is a fast-paced 2D side-scrolling platformer — think Sonic the Hedgehog speed mixed with guns and a punk rock rabbit. You run, jump, and shoot your way through colorful sci-fi and fantasy worlds at high speed, blasting dozens of enemy types with a huge variety of weapons.

It runs on Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, Switch, and Xbox, with full cross-platform multiplayer between all of them.

• Local splitscreen co-op has been supported since version 2.8.0.
• Online multiplayer has been available since version 3.3.0, with cross-platform play across all supported platforms.
• Touch controls are also supported, automatically appearing on first tap and hiding after a few seconds.
• Controller support is built in, with default mapping for Xbox One Controller, and bindings that can be remapped per player in the options.
