History
At some point in history, a member of the upper class of Vulkanon, Suthine, rose to nearly divine status and became an empowered champion, able to lend her strength to others. She became known as the Eternal Princess of Vulkanon, where she lives in seclusion to this day.
The city-state is known for its metallurgy and the quality of its weapons, and its inhabitants are currently allied with the duergar of the Emberhold, who provide materials and control over the depths of the continent. In 836 PD the current ruler of Vulkanon, Grand Legate Phaestor, aspired to expand the fire giant empire.
