History
At some point before 835 PD, yuan-ti started living in the ruins of this city. These serpentkin were slightly different to others of their kind, for they had wings, and considered themselves the chosen of Zehir. They were truly devout of the Cloaked Serpent, and in the ruins of Sariss have erected foul monuments to the Betrayer God. If the stories about this place are true, no warm-blooded creature has returned from visiting the ruins in the Mordant Isle.
By 835 PD the winged serpentfolk of Sariss have been plotting a terrible doom for the population of the Miskath Strand.
