The Caramarin Reach is considered the godless region of Issylra. A lot of "free folk" live there and, according to Matthew Mercer, a lot weird things take place in that region.
It is located farther west than Team Isslyra (Ashton Greymoore, Laudna, and Orym) landed after the beginning of the Apogee Solstice in 843 PD.
