Description
The Fountains of the South were fountains in Gondolin , according to the early version of the legendarium in The Book of Lost Tales . They were located south of the city, along the Way of Running Waters . Passing them were the walls, where Tuor 's house was. The people of the Fountain came from the south of the city when summoned, so they probably dwelt nearby.
